SurtiFrut La Hacienda, Tax ID 901.307.226, is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website. For questions, requests or complaints, email cotizaciones@surtifrutlahacienda.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +57 317 742 0817. Our operational base is in Corabastos, Bogotá D.C.; the warehouse is not open to visitors.

Data and purpose

We may receive your name, company, phone number, email, business type, required products, approximate volume and purchase frequency. We use them solely to answer quote requests, respond to inquiries, provide related commercial follow-up and manage a potential commercial relationship.

Submission channels

Submitting the form sends the information to our server and email provider to deliver the request to cotizaciones@surtifrutlahacienda.com. The website does not store requests in a database. Requests remain in our commercial email inbox. Choosing WhatsApp opens that service with your details ready to review and send, subject to its own privacy policy. We do not send your form details to WhatsApp unless you choose that channel.

Consent

By checking the consent box and submitting a request, you authorize processing of the data provided for the stated purposes. We do not sell or transfer your data for purposes unrelated to your request, except where required by law or with express consent.

Your rights
